OPERATIONS MANAGER (Director Designate)

Sign Plus Ltd is an established, successful sign company based in Dalgety Bay, Fife and is currently seeking a production professional to enhance its senior management team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will have the responsibility of managing the  operations of a studio and workshop environment and the installation teams. You will take ownership of the quality of finished products, plan, assign and organise the flow of work to meet deadlines, ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety through risk assessments and method statements along with general facilities management.

Experience in the Sign industry would be an advantage however evidence of maximising productivity  and ensuring quality and profitability in any manufacturing sector is appropriate.
