Flight Centre is seeking a Travel Agent to join their Edinburgh team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Sales Executives who want to launch their career in the travel industry as well as current Travel Agents looking to advance their career with an award-winning global company.

Joining an energetic and successful team, you'll be responsible for selling business and leisure travel to your clients, building up a portfolio of repeat business and becoming a true travel expert.

To succeed, you will need to be target-driven as this is essentially a sales role. Furthermore, you'll also have uncapped commission - which enabled our top agents to earn over £120,000 last year.

Ambition is also required for this role. Flight Centre is committed to developing their team into the future leaders of the company (our Managing Director began his career as a Travel Agent) and therefore we're looking for people with business acumen and a strong academic record.

As a Travel Agent, you'll receive three weeks of comprehensive training from our home-grown success stories to ensure you succeed in this role. You will also gain a base of £15,000 and uncapped commission, which you will start earning from your first sale.

  • Sales skills and experience in a target-driven role
  • A strong academic record is essential (ideally an undergraduate degree)
  • Experience of travelling on at least two continents outside ofEurope
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to make your clients feel loved
