The Role
My client, a global market leader in the Well Flow Management business, have fantastic opportunities for people to join their business working within their Learning & Development Team. These roles require you to have specialist knowledge of one of the following disciplines:
This role will primarily be based in Aberdeen but would see you travel globally around 30% of the time. This would be an ideal position for someone who has the hands on experience with the specific product lines, potentially working offshore at the moment, now looking for an opportunity to work onshore and to move into a role that will see you deliver specialist product training knowledge to employees.
You don't need to have worked in a training or Learning Development capacity previously, your product knowledge is key to being successful in this role. You must be able to display the following:
