FMCG Production Manager Paisley   £Competitive Salary

Meridian Business Support require an experienced FMCG Production Manager to head a dynamic team for there prestigious client in Paisley.

Succesful candidate will be responsible for a team of production staff, this responsible role has the purpose of coordinating materials both purchased and manufactured to ensure all orders are completed within a timely and efficient manner.

Included in the responsibilities for this position are the following; leading a process of continuous improvement and problem solving within the shift to improve, optimise and make safer processes and including the team in making the necessary changes. The role will liaise with other departments such as Sales, Technical and management teams to ensure customer orders are met on time and meet quality requirements. The training of staff within your team would also be a responsibility of the production manager. The maintenance of site incident control, Health & safety, and quality regulations are part of this position also.

Ideally candidates will possess previous experience within the Food/FMCG Manufacturing Sectors along with a proven history of managing a team.
