They now seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their established accounts team reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Accounts Assistant Duties
* Posting and processing purchase invoices to Sage Line 50
* Reconcile suppliers statements and deal with online payments
* Processing invoices relating to rental income from properties with regular contact with tenants
* Administration of service charges
Accounts Assistant Requirements
* Minimum of one year experience working in an accounts department
* Invoice processing
* Good telephone manner
* Well organised good attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
