Job Description As a Customer Service Advisor for Glasgow City Council’s Contact Centre you will be responsible for answering a wide range of calls and ensuring that the customer’s needs are met first time. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a customer focused environment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Weekend work may be required.
