Maxwell Bruce are currently recuriting for a Telesales Executive in
£18,000 - £20,000 PLUS (Uncapped Commission)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic high calibre Telesales Executive to join the team of this leading FMCG organisation in East Kilbride
Reporting to the Head of Sales the main duties of this role include:
To achieve and exceed both Margin and activity targets as outlined by the Head of Sales
Cold Calling to sell within current Product Range
Hit Daily Call Stat targets.
Build and grow your own account base of major corporate customers through pro-active outbound Telesales lead generation
Develop marketing leads and the regenerate dormant accounts
Manage a portfolio of accounts in line with an agreed market strategy
Plan & prioritise sales activities and personal time to deliver efficient working practise & achieve agreed business aims
Manage product pricing & margins according to agreed aims
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
This is a leading organisation that has recently relocated to an impressive new facility in East Kilbride. The successful candidate will be a self starter with high levels of drive, and passion to be a success in an exciting and challenging telesales environment.
You should possess a genuine desire to succeed, a competitive attitude and a positive team spirit. This will be complemented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an expertise in developing real business relationships with an ability to exceed targets. Previous experience of an outbound self-starting environment would be advantageous.
Product knowledge and telesales experience in the Mobile Electronics and IT sectors are preferred but exceptional sales individuals with alternative experience will be considered.
