HR Admin Team Leader
Our client is a large national organisation going through an exciting transformation.
They are looking to recruit a HR Team Leader within their newly implemented team on a permanent basic.
The client is looking specifically with people from a Shared Service/Admin Team Leader background.
You must have previous HR processes and administration experience.
This is an internal administration function, and we are looking for candidates who have previous experience of managing similar teams.
You will report directly to one of the HR Managers and will deputise on occasion.
You be responsible for managing the teams responsible for the delivery of transactional and administrative HR Services to the business on a national basis.
Please note that this role will not be providing an HR Advisory service, so if you are looking for a generalist HR position, this will not be a suitable role.
You will need to be able to motivate and lead the HR Administration team (x 6) and ensure that the team are providing a first class administration service keeping in line with policy, performance standards, legal requirements and also best practice.
We are looking for candidates who have:
• Experience of providing administrative support in a HR Shared Services environment.
• Track record of managing a team and specifically of HR/Admin
• Experience of working for a large, fast paced, multi-site organisation
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills are essential as you will be dealing with staff at all levels of the business.
