Maintenance Engineer West Lothian   £Attractive + O/T

BWSR have a opportunity to work with an FMCG as a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) for a leading provider in the services they offer. You will work as part of a team keeping the production lines efficient and safe and also ensuring that production and site equipment runs at maximum efficiency.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults on production lines as well as carrying out routine maintenance, You will be required to undertake control panel developments and ensure that services are available for the installations of new machinery. You will be a proactive engineer who can suggest improvements in the operation, seek approval and implement.

You will have previous experience of:

PLC's
AC/DC drives
Cable Installations
Pneumatics
Hydraulics


You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, project based work within a high speed automated environment. You will have fault finding experience on PLC's and be able to work within a team or autonomously as required.
