Assistant F&B Manager required for 4 star Ayrshire hotel. Experience within a food and beverage or hotel environment is important but equally so is a passion to learn and develop. The successful candidate will be required to help oversee the bar, restaurant and lounge service. There is an excellent opportunity for career development within the group.

The role:

Reporting to the F&B manager the successful candidate will be working between all food and beverage areas of the hotel. The role entails elements of supervising service and controlling areas during busy times, and will involve managing a team of colleagues. The successful candidate will be capable of ensuring standard of procedures are followed and will be able to communicate clearly with guest and colleagues. The role will also involve duty management shifts.

The suitable candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience at supervisory level in a hotel or restaurant, is committed to guest satisfaction with a confident nature and outgoing personality. They are looking to develop and learn, are immaculately presented and capable of operating at 4 star level.
