Do you have customer facing experience?
My client is looking for a Health and Beauty Assistant to assist in a busy salon within a training/educational environment. Your key duties will include;
Deal with written and verbal requests
Liaise with janitorial staff when required.
Required to operate the laundry equipment
Assist the technician in stock control
Dispensing stock to staff and students
Checking equipment in salons
Maintaining stock levels in the salons
Update database on a regular basis
Liaise with people over the telephone
No formal qualifications are required but the ability to communicate and work with people is essential. You will ideally have had experience dealing with people in a customer facing role. Working well under pressure you must have strong keyboard and PC related skills and a good telephone manner.
