General Manager at Renowned Scottish Leisure Resort Hotel Troon £60000 - £61000 per annum + Bonus, Pension, Discounts.
The role will require a prefferred operator in the Scottish market with previous experience at a General Manager level in a Four to Five Star Hotel environment. With previous proven ability to engage with the local stakeholders, Businesses, Movers and Shakers, Corporate Markets and Chambers of Commerce, in previous roles.
Sound and illustrative experience at the running, and delivery of Hotel revenue and the driving of sales/income streams, are requisites for the role; as are the ability to drive the marketing of the Hotel both locally and with a broader appeal to external new Business opportunities. Whilst also building and growing existing trade.
Quality driven, with an eye for detail, and passion for exceeding the service delivery to the customer base are highly desirable qualities also required for the role. With the ability to inspire and lead others, whilst enpowering the staffs and Heads of Department to excel in their respective environments to achieve outstanding service, and customer satisfaction and bottomline delivery.
Key qualities also desired are the ability to work closely with the Regional Operations Director, and support the Business in other areas, and also establish and nuture new ventures and opportunities for the Group Brand.
