The Mercure Aberdeen Ardoe House Hotel & Spa are looking for a Restaurant & Front of House Bars Manager.

Main Role You will be responsible for the sales, organisation and the service quality in the AA Rosette winning restaurant and our recently refurbished whisky bar, drawing room, lounge bar and ‘Soapies’ brasserie.

Main Duties

To maximise sales through service by demonstrating good product knowledge and surprising and delighting guests at every opportunity.

To provide and implement service of all food and drinks to the required company standard with the relevant pre and post preparations.

Recruiting, leading and training a motivated and results driven, customer focussed team.

Managing the delivery of service at breakfast, lunches and dinners.

To assist with the management of stock to ensure maximum profit with minimum waste.

To ensure customer satisfaction at all times. To provide a personalised service to promptly deal with and report any complaints, comments and compliments.

To ensure all billing is correct and accurate with attention paid to guest name and room numbers.

To perform Duty Management shifts
