Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator Aberdeen   £19000 - £22000 per annum + Pension, Bonus, Holidays, Parking

Adecco are looking to source a Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator for a leading Manufacturing company based in the Bridge of Don.

Responsible for;
Reception duties: Answering all incoming calls, greeting of visitors, general typing etc.
Receiving sales orders from customers via telephone, fax and email.
Processing all sales and purchase orders into Sage Line 50 (Sales Ordering Processing).
Allocating and delivering all stock to Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
Preparing documents/Despatching goods to local customers.
Preparing documents/despatching goods to international customers/obtaining prices for transporting the goods via Grampian International Freight, TNT, DHL.
Keeping track of stock inventory levels (manufacturing side and all inward goods).
Processing all purchase orders to Houston based Head Office.
Responding to quotations required via telephone, fax and email.
Preparing all 'Test of Certification' for Tubular Handling Systems (using foxpro Database).
Preparing timesheets for 3 employees.
Booking hotel accommodation for managers.
Preparing daily invoices and assisting with duties for Accounts Administrator.
Emailing daily sales spreadsheet to Houston Office.
Various other administration duties.

Experience of Sage Line 50 preferred.
