Rooms Sales Manager
You are responsible for implementing strategies to maximize revenue from your hotel. You are responsible for the deployment of processes, training, methods and tools adapted and you ensure that all Revenue Management processes are set up in your hotel.
You perform strategic analysis to maximize the revenue of the hotel, and ensure they are always in line with the market.
You collect the information necessary to establish a database of bookings and events.
You analyze the performance of the hotel and look after the market and competitors.
You propose solutions for the adaptation of the strategy.
You lead a monthly analysis of results.
You forward the reservations team and receiving processes to follow.
You regularly check the quality of data and update them.
You follow the market in terms of pricing.
You help the annual budget preparation.
You take the right decisions about the strategy.
You calculate the availability and provide estimates for its budget and strategy.
You recommend for changing strategy in order to react quickly to changes in behavior.
You optimize distribution channels.

Our varied events business caters from small meetings, conferences up to 600 persons, banquets for 500, barbeques for 1000 and over 100 weddings per year.
