University of Stirling Students' Union Sports Union Administrator Stirling (Town)   £12,834

Stirling University Students' Union is looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to administer, maintain, support, promote and develop our Sports Union and its Clubs.  The post is semester only (36 weeks) and the salary is £18,539 pro rata pa (which equates to £12,834).

The successful candidate will be computer literate, possess excellent communication skills, preferably a sound knowledge of relevant health & safety issues, have experience of budget management preferably within a sports oriented environment and can work with a significant degree of autonomy.

Main duties will include: To be a point of contact for all student enquiries in regard to the Sports Union;  To be responsible for issuing Sports Union and Sports Club Memberships and administering claims and receipts; To be responsible for organising all fixtures; To be responsible for the administration and maintenance of all Sports Union transport and accommodation requirements; To administer all club affiliations and entries to competitions; To be responsible for the general administration of the Sports Union.

Hours of work will be 35 per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
