Temporary to Permanent Contract
Based: Edinburgh (Moving to Inverkeithing)
Salary: £17-20,000 Per Annum Depending on Experience
My client is a successful growing organisation; they have an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator to join them initially on a temporary contract for approximately 4 months, leading to permanent employment for the right candidate. This role will be based within Edinburgh for the first two months and then will transfer to Inverkeithing thereafter.
Duties will include: Working within a small office, this role will be extremely varied Meeting and greeting all visitors coming onto the site Issuing security and parking passes Answering busy switchboard and transferring calls to the relevant department Booking staff travel and accommodation Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail Data input Filing Processing monthly payroll Processing staff expenses
To be considered for this position, candidates should have the following background and skills: Candidates should have solid administration experience, working within a SME environment in a varied position Able to travel to the site in Edinburgh for the initial two months and then Inverkeithing thereafter Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner is essential Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and ideally QuickBooks Candidates should be able to use your own initiative and work unsupervised
