Contract Scotland are seeking a Site Agent/Project Manager on a temporary basis for a 41 week contract in Largs starting immediately.
To be considered for this role it is essential candidates are able to demonstrate recent experience in delivering new build social housing projects. Responsible for daily site management duties including overseeing direct labour & subcontractors, ensuring health & safety standards whilst ensuring the project is delivered as per build programmes.
To be considered for the role it essential that candidates hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and Scaffolding Inspection ticket.
