Search Construction are looking to recruit a Site Manager on a nine month fixed term contract basis to manage a new build social housing development in Largs for a leading construction company.
They are looking for someone who can start within a week & has experience in managing new build housing developments, preferably social housing projects, who has a CITB 5 Day (SMSTS) Site Managers Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CSCS Card & Scaffold Inspection Certificate.
They are also only prepared to consider candidates who live within a 30 minute commute of Largs.
Reporting to the Construction Director you will be responsible for managing sub contractors ensuring that health & safety is maintained & that the project is delivered on time, to a high quality & within budget.
They are offering a competitive basic salary with car allowance with the potential for securing permanent employment subject to performance of both the successful candidate & the business.
