What is the Role? To assist the Senior Manager, Property Management of the Council's land and property.

What will you do?

Provision of land and property valuations, negotiation of leases, disposals, acquisitions, rating appeals the generation of capital receipts.

What do you need to bring to the Role?

Degree in General practice, Valuation or Land Surveying, experience of disposals, acquisitions, leases and the management of commercial and industrial property.
