Maxwell Bruce Business Support Division requires an experienced Accounts Assistant to support one of their clients within the accounts/finance function on an ongoing temporary basis.

Core working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the Accounts and Finance function with experience in processing large volumes of invoices and with a working knowledge of ERP systems or MS Access as required.

You will be required to match all purchase and sales invoices to orders and input to the finance system within agreed timescales, perform credit checks, provide reports where required and assist the Senior Accounts Assistant as required. This role requires an immediate start.
