A regional sub contractor is looking to appoint a Marketing and Administration Assistant to join their busy team.
The company provide the design, manufacture and installation of innovative structural systems to construction projects both on and offshore. They have a secured workload going forward and are an innovative and progressive company.
As Marketing assistant you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are processed accurately and efficiently to group standards. General duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting marketing with campaigns and reports
- Creating and updating literature
- Filing, archiving and general admin duties
- Booking travel and accommodation for senior management
- Arranging meetings and diary management
The ideal candidate will be organised, have creative ability with an eye for design & detail. A positive attitude is required for this position and previous experience in marketing would be advantageous.
Salary will be dependant on skills and experience.
