We are now recruiting for a field sales agent to manage existing and new business within the Glasgow area.

This role will include covering holidays and sickness and assisting in sales campaigns. Selling all products from a wide portfolio with your main emphasis based on International products. You'll be responsible for the entire sales process from sourcing down to closing the sale. Reporting directly to the area sales manager you'll also be required to liaise with other management personnel as and when required.

Your working hours will be 37.5 Monday to Friday, with 20 days holiday plus extra statutory 8 days. This job has a competitive salary plus guaranteed commission and contributory pension scheme. You'll be given your own Company Car, Mobile Phone and Laptop Computer.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months Business to Business field sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight and services. Have a clean driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience. You will have a knowledge of Microsoft Office, Basic Numeracy and Geographical Knowledge. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with people on all levels.
