Metal Tech Roofing & Cladding Ltd,

Due to an increase in tender enquiries and a required increase in turnover we are now looking to recruit an experienced Estimator reporting to the sales director. 

About The Role; Business development, Performing drawing take offs Prioritising tenders. Analysing plans. Tendering project Tendering the following systems: Single Ply, Green Roofs, Metal Roofing, Facades, All types of cladding. Assessing cost priorities. Review material and labour requirements. Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers.

About The Candidate Must have previous experience of estimating within the industrial roofing and cladding sectors. Must have experience new build roofing projects & refurbs. Must have experience of the systems above Mustbe capable of quick turnaround tenders. Mut be capable of business development. Must have a CV that shows stability.

The candidate must have a full UK licence and have their own transport, fuel and maintenance remuneration will be in operation when required.
