PROJECT/DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Aberdeen   £Excellent

Property developer and investor Knight Property Group is to commence development on several exciting projects and require a Project/Development Manager to join the Aberdeen team.

You will be responsible for the successful project management and delivery of key developments from inception to handover, ensuring these are delivered within agreed timescales and budgets and to the high quality standards we and our clients expect.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills and will work closely with the main contractor, subcontractors, the professional team and the client throughout each development.

A proactive approach and a thorough understanding of construction management with relevant project experience will be required to succeed.
