My client a respected employer are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will come have construction experience and have knowledge of retention clauses within contracts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Purchase and Sales Ledger work.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure balance sheet control accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis reporting and highlight any significant differences to management.
  • Cash-flow forecasting.
  • Knowledge of retention clauses within contracts and acting accordingly.
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Process vendor and supplier invoices.
