We are working with a leading banking group who are looking to increase their headcount in their insurance team.
Tasks in these crucial positions to the business will include :
Focus the Group Audit's work on the highest risks
Build & manage key stakeholder relationships
Plan and execute risk based audits as agreed with the Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders
Lead and deliver audit engagements
Monitor progress and resolution of outstanding issues on a regular basis
Set objectives and coach audit teams to effectively deliver audit projects and to achieve their full potential in their chosen areas of development.
We seek enquiries from those in a Internal Audit Senior to Senior Manager level, from an insurance audit OR risk background.
Experience we are looking for includes -
Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. audit, business, and/or accounting
Comprehensive understanding of risk management
Where applicable, proven experience of managing teams (for managers)
Communication skills adept at adjusting to the audience and message to be delivered
Commercially aware and minded with a risk focus.
Ideally you will come from a General or Life/Pensions Insurance background.
Audit professionals must also hold a relevant, professional qualification such as ACA/CIA/ACCA/CPA.
