What is the Role? To assist in the provision of Social Work Services to older people and their carers within the context of relevant legislation, Council procedures and recognised best practice.

What will you do?

You will provide support and advice to service users, undertake Single Shared Assessments and care coordination tasks, maximise income and benefits, undertake training and any other duties as required.

.



What do you need to bring to the Role?

You should have a HNC or SVQ Level III in Social Care or equivalent, experience in working within the caring sector and of the assessment procedure, working knowledge of the needs of older people and their carers, good communication skills, the ability to meet time scales and be a good team player.
