I currently have openings for individuals who have strong customer service skills gained in a retail environment to give customer service support on a range of products. A excellent telephone manner is required and the ability to find solutions for customer complaints and to communicate to individuals on all levels.
An interest in fashion is essential as the role involves handling calls from a large footwear brand.
