 Resource Planning Manager

 Excellent Salary and Benefits 

Our client a leading financial services organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Resource Planning Manager for their Scottish site.

You will be responsible for the creation and management of the operational resource and forecasting processes and practices for all operational activity, Including the ownership and production of long terms plans; recruitment planning and monitoring call centre shifts to deliver optimum service levels.

 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Manage Operational Planning to optimise operational performance, engaging relationships and managing relationships with stakeholders

 Management of the monthly resource and sales forecasting models

 Management of holiday allocation within operational functions

 Production of operational resource plans in line with all business plans

 Co-ordinate multiskilling capabilities to ensure resource is maximised at all times (including back office functions)

 Integration with marketing and ecommerce functions to make sure that all planned marketing activity is incorporated into call centre resourcing

 Management of resource process, which predicts service levels based on business forecasts

 Ownership and delivery of workforce management systems that ensure all business requirements are achieved

 To support projects that improve working methods and optimises use of technology

 To produce relevant operational planning reports as required

  Develop and grow team members in line with company objectives

  ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 3-5 years experience of working within an inbound, outbound and internet based call centre

  High levels of numeracy and  analytical skills

  Experience of working with a Work Force Management tool  

 Experience of data analysis and producing statistical forecasting models that includes data modelling

 Excellent Excel skills

 Ability to lead projects within the business through collaboration and working with other departments

Ability to manage and develop a team.

Excellent planning and organising skills

Ability to communicate and influence at a senior level
