We are looking for someone to join us as a Systems Administrator. You will be working in the Operations Support Team and be responsible for the day to day support and administration of the key IT and telephony systems used in customer support and sales activities.
You will evaluate and manage Contact Centre & Retail systems availability and outages to meet business requirements & thus minimise the impact on customers, the Contact Centre and the Retail Estate.
In addition you will be responsible for conducting impact assessments of any business change that affects the Contact Centre and Retail from a customer experience, advisor performance and commercial perspective.
