We are looking to recruit a Pricing Development Manager to provide day to day support to the operations team relating to pricing development, client change and operational risk remediation. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in asset pricing on at least one of the main asset pricing platforms.

Specific responsibilities are as follows :

Manage and drive implementation of asset pricing and corporate actions related change

Liaise with teams to ensure that client requirements are met for any pricing platform service change delivery

Carry out functional level testing of systems as requested for new and existing Market Data processes; undertake or supervise data validation and analysis as needed

Co-ordinate and provide guidance and support for user acceptance testing to service delivery staff

Identify operational risk issues likely to impact pricing activities; propose solutions or effective remediation that can be put in place and working with the other Assistant Managers implement into production working practices

Serve as a trouble-shooter within the operations teams and work to fix any arising pricing issues

Carry out proactive and reactive research into investment market practices

The successful candidate will:

Be educated to degree level and/or hold Investment related qualification (e.g. Securities Institute certificate)

Have the ability to plan and organise workload for others and self, taking into account relative priorities

Have the ability to work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines

Possess strong relationships skills & ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

Possess a good knowledge of international investment markets

Have sound knowledge of Reuters, Bloomberg and relevant data feeds

Be flexible approach to working hours and environment
