Oil & Gas Recruitment Account Manager Aberdeen   Basic Circa £40,000 + Bonus

This is a non-sales Recruiting role but, to apply, you must already have experience as a Recruitment Consultant working within a Recruitment agency.  In addition, you need to have recruited for the Oil & Gas sector.  The position is available either for a Senior Consultant seeking their first management role or for someone already at Manager level.

Well established in Aberdeen for more than thirty years and with an excellent network of clients, this consultancy is on the Preferred Supplier List of the major companies in the Aberdeen area.  This is why the position is more of an account management role rather than new business development and, while you will certainly need to be liaising with your clients on a regular basis, your main task will be to ensure that your Consultants are submitting candidates who are most suited to the roles available.  Most of the positions are within the contract Engineering sector and cover mid to senior level roles right across the Oil and Gas industries.  Business is booming and clients have vacancies ready and waiting to be filled.
