PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact within the Development and Asset Management Core Team. They will provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the Director, Managers and staff of the D&AM Team and will contribute to providing an excellent service to our customers and tenants.

TASKS

Answering incoming telephone calls and take/forward messages Process and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail Process invoices for payment Assist with scheduling and preparation of meetings Effective diary management Photocopying Filing Gain experience in document management systems [Filestream] Communicate written and oral information accurately and efficiently. Assist with the compilation of Board Reports Assist with data entry functions Comply with the Health and Safety Policy, reporting any matters of concern to the Health and Safety Officer, Representatives or Line Manger. Actively promote the Equality and Diversity Policy and practice in all aspects of the job role as it relates to colleagues, tenants, service users, contractors, consultants and external agencies. Carry out other duties within the scope of the job and to meet the needs of the business.
