Our client, a leading outsource organisation is now recruiting for Welsh speaking customer Advisors. If you have experience in dealing with customer complaints either over the telephone or face to face and speak fluent Welsh then I have an exciting opportunity to enable you to use your language skills in a professional setting. The client is an outsourcing centre and this particular role involves handling calls for a financial services client and discussing aspects of how their benefits are paid. As well as excellent communication skills in both English and Welsh you will be required to have a patient, customer focussed attitude and an eagerness to learn.

£14,500 + bonus (OTE £16,660) Relocation package offered to candidate moving to Edinburgh + Benefits package including:
