Accounts Payable Administrator

Temporary Contract

Based: Dunfermline

£Excellent hourly rate (Depending on Skills & Experience)

My client, a well-known and well respected manufacturing organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team based in Dunfermline.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain company credit cards.
  • Deal with Invoice queries.
  • Process customer invoices.
  • Month end invoice accruals.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post journals.
  • Maintain direct debit and standing order payments.

  • To be successful in this role you will have the following skills / experience:

  • Previous experience within an Accounts Payable environment is essential for this role.
  • A good working knowledge of Excel and Word. SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to deal with tight timescales and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
