Customer Services Administrator Dunfermline   to £15K

 Our Client are an award winning & leading edge Software Development company based in Fife. 

 Who pride themselves on producing high quality software solutions to major UK businesses. The main area of focus is providing extensions and support services to Companies who use ERP systems, primarily IFS.    Customer Services Administrator  Directly responsible to the Commercial Director, responsibilities will be:    

- Administration Support to Sales and Technical teams to include creating and providing quotations to clients.

 - Assist in the administration of the Sales Pipeline to include updating CRM data within Salesforce.com. 

- Booking travel and accommodation, preparing and submitting Travel Expense Claim Forms.

 - Communicating directly with clients to resolve any outstanding issues/paperwork within the sales process.

 - Perform Reception Duties in a professional and courteous manner. - Arrange meetings and take/distribute minutes as required.

 - File Data and perform routine clerical duties

 - Order and Maintain Office Supplies   

  Our client expects the highest level of quality from all staff, and excellent written and verbal skills with excellent numerical skills are an absolute pre-requisite of any successful candidate. Training will be given where required. 

   Annual Salary £12 – £15,000.00 depending on experience plus benefits
