Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on a permanent basis on behalf of a small well established accountancy firm. Situated within Edinburgh city centre the successful candidate will join my clients small finance team. They will be responsible for aspects of transactional reporting including processing of supplier payments, Sales and Purchase Ledger, month end procedures and payroll duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
Payroll of over 100 staff
Maintance of Sales and Purchase Ledgers
Processing of Supplier payments
Ideally the successful candidate will be an experienced Accounts Assistant who can work on their own merit, within a fast paced accounts function. You will be extremely personable and fit in well to an established team. Knowledge of SAGE line 50 and SAGE payroll are essential. Strong Excel experience would be an advantage.
