Our client is a UK leading dynamic organisation. Due to a surge of work we are looking for MI analyst on a temporary basis. This role will be a 5/6mth post and will require you to develop and maintain a complex reporting infrastructure that supports the service level adherence.
- You will be reporting to and working closely with the MI & Billing Manager and a team of experienced analysts.

- The MI Analyst will be responsible for producing and maintaining MI service delivery while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data.
- Develop and maintain tools to ensure the accuracy of data sources is appropriate to the demands of customers
- The ability to extract, interpret and present back data in a structured and meaningful way
- Ensure that the reporting output satisfies the requirements of the internal and external customer bases
- Act as a subject matter expert within the data arena, providing solutions to non-standard requests
- Provide 1st level feedback to internal and where applicable external clients in a clear, nontechnical way
- The ability to provide and consume technical information and transform into operational logic
- Continually review existing processes and timelines to identify improvements in delivery (time & accuracy)
- Provide input into the delivery of the overall MI strategy
- Build upon existing relationships with operational and technical stakeholders
- Extraction and presentation of reporting packs ensuring continuity and reconciliation with all reports produced by the department
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential
- Proven experience of extracting data from multiple sources using Business Intelligence tools, especially Business Objects
- Proven experience of VBA development
- Practical experience of working with relational databases
- Advanced user of SQL
- Experience of development using .NET Framework
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office software packages
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Desirable
- Experience of working on data development within a customer services environment
- Track record of maintaining own continuing professional development
