Scottish Refugee Council is the leading provider of advice and support to refugees arriving in Scotland. Applications are invited for the post of Administrator.
You will support the work of our teams including: projects, events and conferences, compiling statistics and provide cover for reception and facilities management.
Duties include assisting with the organisation of meetings, typing and formatting of correspondence in line with house style, maintaining databases and working on designated projects. You will have extensive experience of working within a busy office environment.
You will be able to deal with competing priorities, have excellent ICT skills, be able to work in an organised and methodical manner, pay attention to detail and be an excellent communicator.
