Eden Scott's client, an Oil and Gas service company, have a requirement for an Administrator within their Procurement Department.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Issuing approved Contracts/Purchase Orders to suppliers, recording details and expediting return -Tracking all commitments which need to leave the department for approval and/or signature
-Filing, scanning and archiving of Purchase Order / Subcontract file
-Liaising with Corporate Vendor Management and handling of all requests for new Vendors and / or modifications to existing Vendor Accounts
-Recording and maintaining Department Tracker Spreadsheet with regards to contractual end dates of ongoing commitments
-Organising department personnel travel and accommodation requirements
-General departmental administration duties as required
