Responsibilities would include:
*All sales data collation and analysis for the major projects channel through use of CRM technology and other sources.
*Interpretation, checking and testing of market information to produce accurate clear forecasting reports.
*Quotation bank administration and maintenance using CRM technology and interaction with education analyst.
*The ability to provide executive summaries on forecasts, reports and recommendations to director level.
*Assisting departmental colleagues on quotation follow up through to order receipt
*Assisting departmental colleagues on sales lead follow up using CRM
*Ability to collate, maintain and analyse complex business generated information from a wide variety of sources including sales forecasts.
*Create presentations for client engagements using PowerPoint & other media
*Produce weekly report of current work/enquiries.
*Produce executive summary of monthly sales activities.
*Assistance/co-ordination with sales managers at earliest stage opportunity with all necessary business information including awareness and maintenance of key contacts
*Liaison with Sales Director, Sales Managers and sales co-ordination team to ensure department flexibility and seamless delivery to both clients and Sales Managers.
*Ensure efficient office support provided to field based Sales Managers and sales co-ordination functions.
*Compile opportunity review documents.
*Preparation of Bid Review documentation and maintenance/development of Bid Tracking schedule.
*Create and maintain Opportunity Screening documents for territory and developers opportunities.
Applicants must have excellent and accurate administrative/reporting/forecasting skills and the ability to crystallise sales opportunities and market intelligence at an early stage. Good communication skills are needed.
