Queensferry Early Years Centre is a day care centre based within Queensferry Primary School and provides a day care service for children from birth to 5 years of age. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and caring person with a relevant childcare qualification and relevant experience to join our hard working team. Candidates should have a sound knowledge of child development and curriculum and good communications skills.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. From 28 February 2011, preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by the City of Edinburgh Council.
