Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting on behalf of a well known organisation for a temporary Accounts Assistant to cover a period of maternity.
In this exciting temporary Accounts Assistant position you will be responsible for the transactional accounting within the finance team on a temporary basis. There will also be a need for you to assist the Finance Manager with the closing of the ledgers so an experience of producing the trial balance on Sage would be an advantage. The candidate selected for this opportunity will be comfortable with processing invoices onto the ledger as well as making payments and transferring monies to suppliers. There will be a small amount of Sales Ledger experience required but this is more about the accuracy rather than the volume or collection experience. This role will be more about the personality that matches our clients team and business as well as a solid background of two years plus in a rounded Accounts position.
Salary & Benefits
This excellent temporary opportunity in Edinburgh's city centre will be paying circa £9.00 per hour and candidates must be available to start from a weeks notice.
