My client based in Edinburgh are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the payroll cycle and have taken the process through from start to finish in a previous role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Producing and sending BACS payments.
  • Undertaking full payroll process.
  • Weekly and Monthly sales invoices using SAGE.
  • Responsible for weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Allocating cash to client accounts.
