Harvey Nash's top global financial services client is currently recruiting Relationship Manager's to join them in Glasgow. Our client is different others within its market and is going through a period of expansion within the UK. They are recruiting for business banking advisors with excellent banking experience who are looking for a new challenge to advance their career.

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity in which you will gain exposure to different parts of the business and work your way up to business manager. The role will pay up to £23000 plus excellent package including a bonus.

As a relationship manager, you will pro-actively manage a portfolio of small business customers with focus on developing relationships and effectively meeting customer with a focus on delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Actively managing a portfolio of customers, driving service forward
·Influencing process improvements
·Ensuring credit risk management compliance
·Interacting with stakeholders
·Contributing to and participating in the development of best practice solutions to increase efficiency

We are looking for a high calibre service driven candidates and it is essential that you have experience in business banking. You must be able to focus and deliver performance effectively and have strong communication skills. Knowledge of financial products and services is also necessary.
