Working in an inbound call centre, you will provide an efficient and high quality customer
service, to add value to our customer relationships. Working in a high volume, fast paced environment, your role will be to provide excellent customer service by meeting customer needs and finding sales opportunities through building a relationship with the customer.
Handle all customer requests efficiently and effectively to meet the customers' needs. Requests include updating customers data, changes to payment method / dates, refunds and taking payments along with all other customer service related account transactions and queries.
Identify and action sales opportunities .
Contribute to the team performance while achieving agreed individual objectives.
Resolving customer complaints.
Meeting daily and weekly sales targets.
Key Skills / Experience
Previous Customer Care / Service experience essential - this could be face to face, or experience in a call centre environment.
Has the confidence to deal with a variety of customer situations
Good PC / Keyboard skills
Problem solving skills.
Accuracy / Attention to detail .
Experience and confidence in working to targets.
Shift patterns will be between 4pm and 10 pm Monday-Friday and every second Saturday.
The training will be from 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday for 3 weeks.
Please ensure you can commit to these shift patterns.
