Our highly reputable client have a vacancy for a full time Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their ever expanding team based in the Peterhead area.
The role will be office based and will involve liaising with customers from enquiry level right through to after sales care. The company maintains a high level of customer service and is looking for candidates who can support and contribute to this service.
Roles and responsibilities include the following:
- Telemarketing,
- Providing quotations
- Taking incoming calls and dealing with enquiries,
- Problem solving and customer liaison.
The ideal candidate must have Intermediate Computer Skills and have a good telephone manner and specifically enjoy a customer care and proactive office based sales role. Internal training will be provided, however previous experience in a sales or customer service role is required.
Salary: dependant on experience.
