Sales Ledger Assistant Aberdeen   £16000 - £18000 per annum + Benefits

Eden Scott's client, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis.

Your duties will be varied and will include:
-Preparation of Month End reports (Aged Debt Analysis, documentation needed by Accounting Centre
-Control for the Sales Ledger files
-Responsible for all Credit checks on new companies asking for credit facilities
-Control invoicing (rates/address/backup/credit facilities/loyalty program, etc)
-When requested, issue of Credit Notes or Certified Copies of Invoices
-Chasing of Sales Ledger outstanding accounts
