We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to work for a professional services organisation in Glasgow.
We are looking for candidates with 6 months experience gained within an HR department.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all administration duties including:
Administration and coordination in relation to HR matters within the organisation.
Ensuring all HR updates are forwarded onto relevant teams
Be the daily contract for general HR administration enquiries and assist the HR Manager where required.
Escalation of queries when necessary.
Assist with junior recruitment within the company.
- Knowledge of HR processes and issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good academic record (Part CIPD qualified or Degree Level)
- Excellent use of IT packages, including Excel.
Due to the nature of this position, we can only consider candidates with HR Administration experience.
